ü  Assisting in repairing the Machines

ü  Arrange the tools, equipment and the appliance

      Today we’ve do not work so much. We only assist them by giving the tools that they need in repairing the machine. And then I arranged the appliances, tools and equipment’s in the storage room. I did a sort of inventory. They have so much tools but lack of space.

ü  Disassembling to Clean and Assemble after Cleaning a window type air condition

ü  Deliver the Window type air condition

                      This day we arrived at 1:04 PM in the afternoon. After we arrived we arranged the different types of refrigerator. Then I help kuya Athan in cleaning and washing the air condition.

ü  Disassembling to clean and Assembling the window type air condition

                       We arrived at Icool at the time of 1:10 PM in the afternoon. Then we take a rest for awhile.  After resting we disassemble the window type air condition. Kuya Elmer the owner checked the capacitor because the power is short and it can’t push on the fan motor and after figuring it out that it is already damaged kuya changed it with a new one. After that we cleaned it and assemble  it to test if it working and then it works.

ü  Cleaning service to Manggahan to clean a split type air condition and 2 window type air condition to a remittance center.

ü  Service cleaning to Florida Estate in Manggahan.

ü  Arranged and keeping the tools in the Van

                      Today the work immersion is whole day. We arrived at exactly 8AM in the morning. We’ve did a sort of cleaning the shop by Sweeping the floor. Then carry 2 upright air-condition down from the vehicle. After that Kuya Elmer told me to come with them. First we went to a remittance center for a service cleaning. The next stop is in the Florida Estate for cleaning service. After all of the service worked we went back to the shop and called it a day.

ü  Service Cleaning to a Barbershop

ü  Buy a R134a Refrigerant in Pala Pala Dasmarinas.

ü  Swept the floor.

                     First thing that happened today I come to shop alone because Rei John can’t make it today and I don’t know why. I arrived at exactly 8:05 AM and the shop was closed. After they arrived we opened the shop and swept the floor and immediate went to a Service worked together with kuya Elmer and Kuya Athan. In the afternoon Kuya elmer ordered me to buy a R134a Refrigerant in Pala Pala and it took me an hour and 30 minutes because of the traffic jam. When I arrived to the shop they immediate installed the refrigerant.

This is my New Venture in my Work Immersion. Next stop is in the Icool Company where Airconditioning and Refrigeration are their field. Icool is located at Trece Martires City, Cavite. They offer technical and operation works. My first week there is worth it. I did the unusual things and everything is new because we operate on the field not only in the shop. "New"this word can describe my week.  

August 15, 2017                                                                                            Tuesday

                 I arrived at school at exactly 12:55 in the afternoon. Suddenly Sir Dennis has a good news for me, but for me it's not a totally good news. I was immediately  assigned at the Icool without my knowledge. My partner in this work immersion is Rei John but suddenly Rei John is not available today because he is not yet finished with his work immersion at sherwood hills. We arrived at 1:30 in the afternoon in the Icool place. The owner and Kuya Tax is in the shop today. This day I only did is a recap about aircondition and refrigeration kuya Tax oriented me the Do's and Don't in the shop. He let me familiarize the tools and equipments and that conclude my first day.

August 16,2017                                                                                             Wednesday

                  This day is a good day. New  experience and new skills was able to learned. We went at Saint Jude Parish School we installed 4 split type aircondtion. It took us 4 hours to finished the installation. We've installed the aircon in a two stories high. Split type is composed of Condenser which is installed at the outside while the Evaporator is installed inside the room.

August 17,2017                                                                                              Thursday

                  We arrived at Icool Company at around 12:55 and no one is there. Kuya Tax came back to fetch us and we went right after at Saint Jude Parish School. We connect the Condenser and the evaporator in the Science Laboratory. We did the same thing that we did yesterday and we only make 2 out of 4 because it is already 5 oclock. 

August 18,2017                                                                                               Friday

                  Our destination is Saint Jude Parish School again. We continued the installation of the split type aircondition. We installed wirings  and the copper tubing by using upgraded tools and equipment. I have learned lots of things today. Doing it in actual makes you learned more and experience is more important.

August 7,2017                                                                                             Monday

           Hello everyone probably this is my last week on this work immersion. Today I did the same thing that i  did last week and worked most on Computer. I worked independently. I have lots of things to finished tomorrow.

August 8,2017                                                                                             Tuesday

           This day I arrived at 12:50 and I started my worked at exactly 1:00 o'clock. I resumed my worked and until the 5:00 o'clock I only produced 10 copies, because some of the teachers needed  to print their exams. Sir Dennis commanded me to give the seatwork for the Grade 9 Students.

August 9,2017                                                                                              Wednesday

           Today I did not take my lunch because we've dismissed late by our last subject teacher. I been so rushed throughout the time.  I was exhausted I don't know what to do today. I just resumed my unfinished worked then wait until my last file to print.

August 10,2017                                                                                            Thursday

           I arrived at 12:38 earlier and I immediate do my work which is printing the "My Coloring Book" and again it is not yet finish 8 copies to go. During the worked I suffered a unexpected headache and I can't focus on my worked so that I finished my worked early.

August 11,2017                                                                                             Friday

           Today is my last day on my worked immersion. On this day I finished my worked with fulfillment. After one week of printing works, finally I did it.  I put up quality worked on sir Dennis and Dr. Galicia. I always think of the satisfaction of the teacher to my worked. Next week I have a hint where Sir Dennis gonna deploy me.

          It's Monday again guys and it is my 3rd week on my work immersion. I started this week by arriving too early to start up the week right and also to cope up with my time. First thing that I have done is Sir Dennis order to cover the photo of our patron Sto. Niño De Praga. Next I wrote the names of the students from grades 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 for the class record.  It consumed almost an hour. After that I Accompanied Sir Dennis in teaching the grade 9. That concludes my Monday.

August 1, 2017                                                                           Tuesday

          It is a unexpected day because after arriving at school Dr. Galicia meted us unexpectedly and she scolded us slightly. Then Dr. Galicia borrowed me from Sir Dennis because she has something for me to do. She ordered me to print the Coloring book for the kinder 2. with 57 pages and I need to print out 22 copies but today I have only made 10 out of 22 but I will resume it by tomorrow.

August 2, 2017                                                                           Wednesday

         Today I resumed the work that I wasn't able to finish yesterday. I have only 12 copies left. After printing I went to the other placed and offered some help so that I would not able to waste my time. It took me 5 hours to print it out because the printer was slow productive. I went home at almost 6:30 Pm.

August 3, 2017                                                                           Thursday

         I typed the Coloring book for the kinder 1. Dr. Galicia let me edited the book. Then Ms. Kim ordered me to gave the worksheet for the Grade 9. After giving the test I resumed typing and then there is a little time left I was able to help some of the office works.

August 4,2017                                                                             Friday

         This is the last day of the week. Today I add something in the Coloring book for the Kinder 1 and Printed a hard copy for the sample that I passed to Dr. Galicia. Then Teacher Marian order me to type some Paper about Sr. High. I did some of the Office work that Ms. Rom told me. I also offer my help to the guidance personnel. That concludes my my third week of the work immersion. Probably next week is the last week and then we will rotate by workplaces.  

 July 24,2017                                                                                                 Monday

            Hey guys its my second week in my work immersion. This day I covered the picture of Mr. President and Ms. Secretary to use as a display inside our classroom. After covering the pictures, I was able to clean or wipe the computers to become clean. We help the dentist in preparing her needs for the dental check up. I arrange the chairs for the students for their convenience while waiting. I was assigned by Dr. Galicia to take charge for calling the students and assisting them to their dentist. These are does thing that I have done during this day.

July 25, 2017                                                                                                Tuesday

           

            Today Sir Dennis let me do the puzzle for the activity test for the grade 9 students. After typing we go to the office and print it.  Then I help John Karl to type the Enrollment Report and print it after typing the text. I and JK cut the texts. I facilitate the activity for the grade 9 and I've checked the part I of the Activity.

The Next 3 Days is Classes Suspended due to a typhoon. that's why my OJT / Work Immersion are also suspended but see you guys next week for my update.

It's been a week and 2 days in work immersion I already consumed 36 hours and 14 minutes and I only have 43 hours and 86 minutes to comply. All of the time I made my time productive. I always ask my adviser if he will give me commands and I don't wait for any orders from him. For those time I learn a lot from this work immersion. If I already knew someone in the school and I already know their deeper personalities as my students. So see you on my next update.

Daily Diary (Work Immersion)

            July 17, 2017                                                                                    Monday

This is day is the start of my work immersion. I was assigned to Sir Dennis Vidad. First thing that I did is to prepare the PowerPoint Presentation to be used in the discussion, second is I’ve got some laboratory apparatus in the Science Laboratory as an example in class. I discuss the first art of the slides and it seems that I was able to make it but it wasn’t good enough. Then, after that I just take my sit and observed Sir Dennis on how he discussed the lesson. For me the lesson that I learned that you should be prepared with all the materials needed for the lesson because even just a small miss explain it can lead into misunderstanding.

July 18,2017                                                                                      Tuesday

            It is my second day these are the things that I’ve done, first I cleaned the Science Laboratory and I arrange it. After organizing the laboratory apparatus, I made my inventory to identify the different apparatus. Then same routine I arrange the projector and the computer. After all of it I was able to manage to help in the meeting and the lesson that I learned for the day is be patient enough in doing something no matter how dirty it is, just go and do your best even better.

            July 19, 2017                                                                                    Wednesday

            Now it is my third day and I did these things. First I sweep the dirt and dust in the science lab and after that I mop the floor to remove the dirt marks so that it becomes whiter and pleasing to the eyes. Next is I organized the chair and place it on the top of the table. After it was done Sir Dennis order me to take charge for the Grade11 until he came back. Then I was able to give some help in the Meeting. Lesson of the day is doing everything that you can because teacher won’t bring you into wrong path.

            July 20,2017                                                                                      Thursday

            It’s my 4^th day I did the same routine. Sir Dennis let me to give the lecture for the Grade 11 students and he ordered me to get the letter for the reasons because they arrived late during the deworming schedule time. Sir Dennis checked my diary and he told me what to do in the portfolio for our work immersion. I stayed in the library for a minute and I help the staff in arranging the table for the attendance sheets. The lesson of the day is don’t waste your time.

           

July 21, 2017                                                                                      Friday

                        It is Friday and it is my 5^th on my work immersion. Today Sir Dennis let do the lecture on the Grade 11 as the continues of the previous lecture. After that I was able to give them their worksheet no. 1 for the subjects of Earth Science and Transforming Lives. Then, I was in charge for them. The day ends with a smile. Lesson of the day is love your students as a friend or a family.
