            Hey guys its my second week in my work immersion. This day I covered the picture of Mr. President and Ms. Secretary to use as a display inside our classroom. After covering the pictures, I was able to clean or wipe the computers to become clean. We help the dentist in preparing her needs for the dental check up. I arrange the chairs for the students for their convenience while waiting. I was assigned by Dr. Galicia to take charge for calling the students and assisting them to their dentist. These are does thing that I have done during this day.

July 25, 2017                                                                                                Tuesday

           

            Today Sir Dennis let me do the puzzle for the activity test for the grade 9 students. After typing we go to the office and print it.  Then I help John Karl to type the Enrollment Report and print it after typing the text. I and JK cut the texts. I facilitate the activity for the grade 9 and I've checked the part I of the Activity.

The Next 3 Days is Classes Suspended due to a typhoon. that's why my OJT / Work Immersion are also suspended but see you guys next week for my update.

It's been a week and 2 days in work immersion I already consumed 36 hours and 14 minutes and I only have 43 hours and 86 minutes to comply. All of the time I made my time productive. I always ask my adviser if he will give me commands and I don't wait for any orders from him. For those time I learn a lot from this work immersion. If I already knew someone in the school and I already know their deeper personalities as my students. So see you on my next update.

Daily Diary (Work Immersion)

            July 17, 2017                                                                                    Monday

This is day is the start of my work immersion. I was assigned to Sir Dennis Vidad. First thing that I did is to prepare the PowerPoint Presentation to be used in the discussion, second is I’ve got some laboratory apparatus in the Science Laboratory as an example in class. I discuss the first art of the slides and it seems that I was able to make it but it wasn’t good enough. Then, after that I just take my sit and observed Sir Dennis on how he discussed the lesson. For me the lesson that I learned that you should be prepared with all the materials needed for the lesson because even just a small miss explain it can lead into misunderstanding.

July 18,2017                                                                                      Tuesday

            It is my second day these are the things that I’ve done, first I cleaned the Science Laboratory and I arrange it. After organizing the laboratory apparatus, I made my inventory to identify the different apparatus. Then same routine I arrange the projector and the computer. After all of it I was able to manage to help in the meeting and the lesson that I learned for the day is be patient enough in doing something no matter how dirty it is, just go and do your best even better.

            July 19, 2017                                                                                    Wednesday

            Now it is my third day and I did these things. First I sweep the dirt and dust in the science lab and after that I mop the floor to remove the dirt marks so that it becomes whiter and pleasing to the eyes. Next is I organized the chair and place it on the top of the table. After it was done Sir Dennis order me to take charge for the Grade11 until he came back. Then I was able to give some help in the Meeting. Lesson of the day is doing everything that you can because teacher won’t bring you into wrong path.

            July 20,2017                                                                                      Thursday

            It’s my 4^th day I did the same routine. Sir Dennis let me to give the lecture for the Grade 11 students and he ordered me to get the letter for the reasons because they arrived late during the deworming schedule time. Sir Dennis checked my diary and he told me what to do in the portfolio for our work immersion. I stayed in the library for a minute and I help the staff in arranging the table for the attendance sheets. The lesson of the day is don’t waste your time.

           

July 21, 2017                                                                                      Friday

                        It is Friday and it is my 5^th on my work immersion. Today Sir Dennis let do the lecture on the Grade 11 as the continues of the previous lecture. After that I was able to give them their worksheet no. 1 for the subjects of Earth Science and Transforming Lives. Then, I was in charge for them. The day ends with a smile. Lesson of the day is love your students as a friend or a family.

This picture was taken last School Year, that year we are in Grade  11 level and it is unforgettable because we been throughout the year with different challenges but we made it and we are able to surpass it. Until now they were the same faces of the four corners of our classroom.

This video triggers my emotion in doing this immersion. If you will work just do your best and never complain. You are the one who are building you future that's why there is no reason for you to be lazy. Laziness and out of interest can affects your dream so this video motivates me to omit those two thing that may affect my dreams. I work as good as  I can and I will never give on this work immersion I will show the best that I could be. Please enjoy this motivational video.

                     

Work Immersion (Teaching)

The Work Immersion is included in the curriculum of the Senior High School to apply the different lesson thought to us. This work immersion have  different work places such as in the Library, Science Laboratory, Canteen, Teaching field, Administration Office, Air Conditioning Maintenance, Sherwood Hills and in the Dental Clinic. Each student was assigned in those different location and field. This work immersion can enhance the skills of the students and to apply what  they have learned in their previous years in studying because not all of the knowledge can be found in the four corners of the classroom. Skills and Talents will be enhance in this work immersion and students can build their idea on what field they were going to take in their college  years because even now we the students can already build our future and put up a foundation that is reliable in our future steps.

This guy is currently enrolled in Sto. Sto. Niño De Praga Academy La Paz Homes II Inc., he is now in the Grade 12 level for the school year 2017-2018. He lives in Blk. 2 Lot 40 Karla Ville Parkhomes Hugo Perez, Trece martires City Cavite. He was born on March 18, 1999 and with the age 18 years old. He has a skills such as hardworking, persevere, committed, mathematically inclined, and sports and intellectually inclined person. His father’s name is Renante Balazon and his occupation is  a driver and a farmer. While his mother’s name is Elizabeth Balazon and her occupation is a Cahier in a cooperative land group. The guy that I am referring to is Mr. Johnpol M. Balazon.
